Our ‘outstanding’ and prestigious Automotive brand is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant who is
willing to work hard and grow with the company. The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing Manager and
will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.
The successful candidate will perform phone surveys, assist in the development of marketing resources, tracking and
analysing existing marketing campaigns as well as coordinating market research studies in order for the business to grow in
terms of awareness and reputation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Your role will support the marketing manager in carrying out various strategies and tasks. This work will be a critical factor
for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its objectives, as well as for the long-term
growth of the company.








Maintaining client relations.
Compiling, analysing and reporting marketing data.
Researching demographics, trends in the market and new data which allows superiors to create marketing
campaigns and initiatives.
Analyse market data and create graphs and reports on sustained findings.
Maintain social media accounts.
Support managers and directors in various projects
Assist in the organising promotional events (e.g., open days), traditional or digital campaigns and attend
them.
Assist in the creation of media material like brochure, prospectuses and digital resources.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:





Associate degree preferred in Marketing or Business fields
TTL (Through The Line) Marketing experience – 1 year (Preferred).
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Marketing – 1 year (Preferred).
Other Marketing experience – 1 year (preferred).
