On Volunteer A, the hives occurred 30 minutes after exposed mild heat but did not occur when exposed to cold. A breathing problem was also observed during the monitoring. 2. On Volunteer B, both hives occurred 2-3 minutes after the exposure to both heat and cold. The volunteer was given an antihistamine drug, which took effect 1 hour after it was taken.
