GETTING INTO KETOSIS FAST
Use this supplement to get into ketosis quickly, measure
your ketosis before drinking it.
PROTOCOL 1

Only IF YOU ARE NOT IN KETOSIS AT ALL.
INDICATIONS
- Take 30-60 minutes before breakfast
- Measure ketosis 1-2 hours after taking it
- Expect a 2-5 mmol raise.
- If you need to take multiple shots together, spread them
apart 5-10 minutes between shots.
Example: Dose is 10 shots
Take 5, wait 5-10min and take 5 more.
This avoids possible GI distress.
Dosage is 100% proportional to your weight
(see next page of guidance)
SO, HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGHT?
<70kg / 154lbs: take 1-3 shots
70-80kg / 154-176lbs: take 3-5 shots
80-90kg / 165-198lbs: take 5-7 shots
90-100kg / 198-220lbs: take 7-9 shots

HOW TO TAKE THE SHOTS?
You can start on the lower side and increase if required,
for example:
If you are between 154-176lbs start with 3 shots (lower
side) and measure ketosis 2 & 4 hours later.
If levels are the rising at 2 & 4 hours, it's perfect.
If levels are going down between 2 & 4 hours, take 2
more shots; 2 more because in this case you are
required to have a total of 5.

This protocol applies only if you were previously in ketosis
and lost your keto levels.

Measure your ketosis first, ideally to know your keto level.
If you can't measure your ketosis level, we advise to take 3
shots directly.
INDICATIONS:
- Take it right after binging on bad food.
- 3-5 shots together to recover.
- Measure ketosis 1-2 hours after taking it
- You will be in intermediate or ideal ketosis

INDICATIONS:
- Whenever you feel cravings.
- Take 1/2 shot (4,7mL) and evaluate how you feel 30
minutes later.
- You should control your craving with 1/2 shot but if it
is not enough, take another 1/2 shot.

INDICATIONS:
- Take as soon as you can, ideally when your plane
lands.
- If you feel you need more energy, repeat the previous
step, remember that you can take it with water and
there is no problem of combining it with caffeine if you
require it or you are a regular coffee drinker.

INDICATIONS:
- When you feel a migraine its about to start or you have
constipation.
- Take 1 shot and wait about 30-60 minutes to notice the

- 5 to 10 shots together: depending on physical exertion, for
example a marathon: 10 shots.
- Measure the 5 and put them in a glass.
- Drink them together.
- 60 minutes before training or competition.
There is a possibility that you have to go to the bathroom
due to increased bowel movements, it prevents it from
happening during the race.

Improve your CONCENTRATION FOR LONG HOURS without
the need for sugar, caffeine or taurine in your bodyINDICATIONS:

person (we all have different metabolisms) however, you can
