RELEASE AND CONFIRMATION AGREEMENT
HMC, INC.
RELEASE AND CONFIRMATION OF AGREEMENT
I, __________________________ would like to inform you that I have
satisfactorily and completely accounted for all money and property
responsibility at HMC and that reports required of me have been duly
accomplished. I hereby acknowledged that during my employment at
HMC. I have been paid in full of all my salaries, remunerations,
overtime differentials, allowances, premium pay, 13th month pay and
other monies to which I am entitled by virtue of said employment.
By reason the above, I release and discharge HMC INC., from all and
any manner of action, cause of action, sums of money accounts,
charges, claims and demands of whatever nature in law or equity and
that this instrument may be pleaded in bar to any suit or proceeding
that I, my heirs, successors or assigns or anyone in my behalf may
have taken or may take against HMC INC., or any of its officers.
I hereby state that this RELEASE AN D CO N FI RM ATI O N
AGREEMENT has been voluntary entered into by me and that I have
not been harassed nor pressured by any person of officer of HMC INC.
I hereby confirm our agreement that even after my resignation from
HMC INC., I will not disclose to any third party any confidential
information, plans, reports, records, conditions of contract and other
confidential trade and commercial matters pertaining to HMC. I agree
to hold myself liable to HMC INC., for any breach on my part of this
commitment. I also realize that I can be prosecuted under Article 291
of the Revised Penal Code for revealing any of the confidential
information to any third party.
