Decommission existing warm air unit, water tank removal from loft and hot water
cylinder . Run new central heating pipework throughout the house and install new
radiators in purposed positions. Channel downstairs walls to.accommodate
pipework for radiators to be install on ground floor make good holes upon
completion. Run new lines for heating and water in garage via the route purposed
through downstairs washroom and cupboard. Upgrade mains water
line in cubboard. Install new Vaillant ecotec plus 838 35kw Nest 3rd gen
heating control. Run low voltage power for Nest from heatlink. Install Magna
Clean filter and scale reducer. Install additional expansion vessel for heating.
Run new gas line to boiler from meter. Pipework shall be using cooper 22
mm and 15 mm pipes and pressfit fittings.

All work listed above well include all materials listed above. Changes to existing
plan of works well be chargeable if certain time of notice is not given or there
are underling changes. Any unforeseen additional work that may be required
well be highlighted and quoted as and when come across normally advice client
to leave contingency for such events.
Labour guarantee covers work that has been carried out on pipework by us and
not the whole system. Payments are set in 2 stage’s first payment at least 4 days
before start date for purpose of funding and finalpayment upon completion of
