Wash hands after contact with frequently touched objects, such as doorknobs, light switches, computers, etc. Although it is not completely effective at preventing exposure to germs, the use of this mask can still reduce the risk of spreading viral infections. You’ve got a better shot at fighting the virus if you have a healthy immune system : sleep, eat, eat nutritious food, exercise, and reduce stress.
