Wash your hands for at least 60 seconds with
soap. If there is no soap use a hand sanitizer
with at least 60% alcohol

Clean your work surfaces (desk,
conference table, lunch area) using
spray or disinfectant wipes

STEP 4 : AVOID CONTACT
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth as
they’re the most common entry points of the
virus and don’t forget to use a mask.
Suggested mask by WHO are surgical masks
and N95 masks.
Wash hands after contact with
frequently touched objects, such as
doorknobs, light switches,
computers, etc.
Although it is not completely effective at
preventing exposure to germs, the use of this
mask can still reduce the risk of spreading
viral infections.
You’ve got a better shot at fighting
the virus if you have a healthy
immune system : sleep, eat, eat
nutritious food, exercise, and reduce
stress.

DO NOT PANIC. Call your local emergency
health service and DO NOT underestimate any
form of disease because it can be bad if left
untreated.
