• Factors influencing on Organizational Commitment of Employees
Research Objective
• To ascertain the mediating effect of Job satisfaction on the relationship
between organizational climate and organizational commitment.
• To ascertain the mediating effect of Job satisfaction on the relationship
between psychological impowerment and organizational commitment.
• To ascertain the mediating effect of Job satisfaction on the relationship
between organizational justice and organizational commitment.

Problem Statement
• Lack of Job Satisfaction in employees due to injustice in the organizations,
organizational climate, and the self esteem needs of employes like
psychological empowerment.
• The economic changes and the changings in business environment due to
uncertainity people are more feeling insecure about their jobs, unfairness
increased in organizations, they have trust issues, and finally they got job
dissatisfaction and result in employee poor perormence (Aslam et al., 2016;
Aslam, Mohti, Imran, & Arfeen, 2015).
Methodology
• Deductive Reasoning Approach
An Act of Backing up an generalized statement with specific scenerios.
• Quantitative Method of Research
Involves measurements and the statistical, mathematical, or numerical analysis of data
collected through polls, questionnaires, and surveys.
• Population & Sample size
• Random sampling Technique
Each member of the population has an equal chance, or probability, of being selected.
Theory
• According to social exchange, concrete rewards such as money and other
benefits make employees spend extra effort and not to leave their
organizations. Organizational socialization process shows the changes in
certain attitudes and beliefs of an individual in organizational commitment.
• Social exchange theory is also important theory regarding organizational
justice for developing hypothesis and conclude findings. It relates and
connected to many theories and models thats why it also observed as
synthesis theory (Bryant and Napier, 1981; Cropanzano, Rupp, Mohler and
Schminke, 2001; Cropanzano and Mitchell, 2005).
