Organizational socialization process shows the changes in certain attitudes and beliefs of an individual in organizational commitment. • Social exchange theory is also important theory regarding organizational justice for developing hypothesis and conclude findings. It relates and connected to many theories and models thats why it also observed as synthesis theory (Bryant and Napier, 1981; Cropanzano, Rupp, Mohler and Schminke, 2001; Cropanzano and Mitchell, 2005).
