This is to certify that this office, acting on behalf of ARDOURS PTE LTD., has reviewed
procedures, and inspected the Seafastening relating to the Sailaway of Indonesian
Steam Coal in Bulk on the BG. “FLY POWER 3001” from Kertapati Port, Palembang,
South Sumatera to destination Port at Lumut Port, Malaysia. Procedures and Seafastening
are satisfactory and, subject to operations being carried out in accordance with the
reviewed procedures, the operation is hereby approved.

This Certificate of Approval is issued subject to Orion Owl Terms and Conditions of Business, current at the time of issue
without prejudice to the terms and conditions of the insurance and/or to the interests of any or all of the parties concerned. It
is issued solely for the purpose of the proposed operation and is based on document and certification reviews and a visual
inspection of the external condition of the vessel(s), machinery and installation equipment without removal, operation or
testing of systems, components or structures. This certificate shall not be deemed a certificate of seaworthiness for the vessel,
neither is responsibility accepted for the conduct of the operation, injury to personnel, pollution or property damage.
