Directions: Write an essay about a particular situation based from your understanding of the different
disciplines of social sciences that we just discussed. In particular, which among these disciplines
(sociology, anthropology, and political science) are the most relevant in addressing the social problem
given. Explain your argument.
ESSAY
In reality, Political Science is quite interesting if you really want to understand the world in the
complete framework. Without understanding the Constitution of the country, one would not be able to
understand the importance of rights and duties of a citizen. Without understanding the political system
of the country, it would be difficult for one to understand the decision-making process of the
government. Without understanding the factors and determinants of Foreign Policy, one would not be
able to judge the decisions made by the heads of the country.
Directions: List down examples for aspect of culture which can be seen in you respective family, school
or community.
