CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT
Parties
​ This Contract of Agreement dated November 15, 2020 is made by and between
​Arcadio S. Patajo ​(Foreman ) and ​Jennielyn Anque Supper ​(Client).
Services Provided
​ he contractor will perform and complete the following construction services for the
T
client in a timely and professional manner.
● Provide the needed window and sliding window grills design based on the desired
choices which satisfy the client options.
● Other services like providing steel posts in a clients' fences based on the clients wants.
Terms and Condition
The Contractor will begin to work on November 16, 2020.The Contractor Agrees to
complete this project within 1 month (30 days) from the beginning of work.Contractor agrees
that an extension of the performance of this project shall be not permitted without the consent
of the owner's written consent.
Payment
‘
The client will pay the contractor the sum of ​ 85,000.00​ for all the Labor and Material
Cost. Based on their negotiations,the client agrees to pay ​
​ ​(1st Payment)​ and
,
​(2nd Payment)​ of the total amount and the remaining amount ​
​ (Final
Payment)​ when the contractor already completes the services and submits an invoice.
