Finishing Winch Registration process.
1. Copying the progress done in the Customer to winch app.
2. Adding New part in the Registration process for winch driver( Entering
winch plates - choosing working city -Uploading Required files ) .
3. Posting This data to the server, and get Response to let Driver continue to
our app.

I Have setted the logic behind this localization ,and test this logic in the app name only ,
And the rest in the veronica part .
