Job Description:
• Confer with clients to identify and document requirements
• Conduct business and technical studies
• Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions
• Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, and management and service delivery
• Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware
• Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
• Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the solution development life cycle
• Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices
Requirements
• Education:
o A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software
engineering, business administration or a related discipline or Completion of a college
program in computer science is required.
• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant information technology is usually
required
o Experience or training with Cisco, Juniper are required to facilitate partner status with
Cisco and Juniper
o Experience or training with F5, Palo Alto will be an asset
• IT technical certifications required:
o CCIE (Cisco) and JNCIE (Juniper)
• IT technical certification assets:
o VCP (VMware) and CNSE (Palo Alto), BCXCS (Bluecoat), Certified Triton Integrator
(Websense), and Security Certifications CISA (ISACA) and CISSP (ISC2)
Other information: This position will work with the team in solving complex network design issues, it
requires ability to develop solutions that are scalable, maintainable, reliable and secure and improve enduser experience. Also the position will help develop best practice for our client’s organizations.
Salary: $39.90 to $ 41.00 Hourly, 40.00 Hours per week
