Excellency and your esteemed Nation on your election victory and your ascendance to the White
House.
I firmly believe that the friendship and cooperation existing between our countries will
continue to develop to the mutual benefit of our nations in the years to come. Your Excellency, I
would like to express my sincere wish to further strengthen the good relations between our two
countries, and my desire to jointly support efforts within international organizations to tackle global
problems that affect the world. I highly believe that with our cooperation we can handle the
pandemic crisis we are in today with much ease, as well as the economic and social problems we are
facing due to this crisis.

The Embassy of the Republic of Turkey presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and has the honor to inform the Latter (the esteemed Ministry) that Turkey would like to
invite His Excellency Nikos Dendias, the esteemed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic,
to Ankara on February 8th, 2021 to negotiate maritime matters in the Aegean Sea and the
Mediterranean Sea in order to make diplomatic progress on long existing disputes about territorial
waters and continental shelf between Turkey and Greece.
Hotel accommodations, transportation arrangements and daily expenses of His Excellency
and his delegation will be covered by the Turkish side.
The Embassy of the Republic of Turkey would appreciate it very much if information for the
participation of national delegations could be communicated as promptly as possible for the
necessary preparations.
