Fake news assignment:
In article one, “Amazon fires: Brazil threatened over EU trade deal”, I believe this article
to not be fake news because the publisher is very credible. This is one of the articles I always go
to when I want to know what’s going on in the world around me, and because doing that I had
looked up everything there is to know about the publisher. I really liked this publisher because it
wasn’t biased at all. While reading the article and looking up the statistics used in it, everything
was one-hundred percent accurate.
Based on all the information gathered for article two, it all pointed toward it being fake
news to me. I found it to be fake news for many reasons, one being that the source isn’t a
credible site to use Secondly, while I was reading the article it seemed to have some truth, but it
wasn’t one-hundred percent accurate. Also, the article was more toward the bias side and not
toward the center.
