These finished products resulted from a meticulous
process of transformation called metal fabrication.
Metal fabrication involves different methods such as
machining, welding, molding, casting, bending, cutting,
additive manufacturing among others.
Metal fabrication can be categorized into three
types;
commercial
fabrication,
fabrication and industrial fabrication.

Commercial fabrication involves manufacturing
of finished products to be purchased by
consumers or clients e.g. catering equipment.
Structural fabrication involves production of
finished products for building e.g. components
for construction of bridges, houses and erection
of pylons.
Industrial fabrication involves manufacturing of
equipment for industries e.g. heavy-duty plasma
cutting machines.
