Social Media Filters: Fun, Dangerous Or Just A Veil For Narcissism?
I enjoy using Snapchat, and I think it is fun. When I see my friend’s pictures with
filters, or “stories”, I laugh a lot, and they made my day. Vanity is not a new thing
in societies, and I rather that my friends use Snapchat filters than plastic surgery
or skin whitening treatments.
I think it depends on how you see yourself. If you think you look prettier with
makeup or a social media filter then go ahead and have fun with it. It is important
to remember that one needs to be confidentially beautiful and embrace one’s
natural beauty.
