Instead of: " I'm going to work on my stress levels." MEASURABLE I'm going to walk twenty minutes a day. Instead of: "I'm going to start working out." ACHIEVABLE I'm going to start walking around the block twice a week. Instead of: "I'm going to run three miles every morning." RELEVANT Try and make sure your goals match the outcomes you want, TIME-BOUND I will eat one more serving of fruit for the next three days. Instead of: "I'm going to start eating more fruit."
