Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
This agreement dated this _19th December 2020
Between
Peter John (the landlord)
And
Samning Blackwell (the tenant)
The parties agrees as follow:
This is an agreement to create an assured shorthold tenancy.
The landlord agrees to let to the tenant, and Tenant agrees to take a tenancy of
the flat.
Address: Flat 2, Lake house, 2 Green Lanes Walk, London, N4 2GE.
This property provided to the tenant without furnishings.
The tenant and member of tenant’s house hold will not smoke anywhere on the
property not permit any guest or visitor to smoke on the property.
The term of tenancy is a periodic tenancy commencing at 12:00 noon on 19th
December 2020 and continuing on a month – to – month basis until the parties
terminate the tenancy.
The rent for the property is £1000 per month.
Regarding the sale of the flat – sales usually take a minimum of 3 months so I
could give you minimum 8 weeks notice.
The tenant pays the rent in advance on or before 19th of each and every month.
Occasionally there would be viewings so id needs access to the flat to show
people around, id asks they take their shoes off or wear boot protectors. You
would have 24 hours notice before someone came around and id arrange the
viewing in the daytime so that it didn’t affect your evenings where possible.
