Environmental Program Good day, for our environmental program; I will be showing you how to make vertical gardens. But before that, let’s discuss what vertical gardens are and why we should be interested with them. At present, we are advised to stay home as much as possible, this leaves us with plenty of free time. So why not use that time for a hobby like gardening that boosts your mood, reduces your stress, and keeps your body healthy? Well, not everyone has the space or soil on their yards to do conventional gardening, so vertical gardening would be the solution. Vertical gardening is pretty much normal gardening with an added technique. This is by vertically suspending the plants in a way that they are either freestanding or attached to a wall. It requires minimal space, maintenance, soil, and is overall aesthetically pleasing. Let’s start by making the nursery for our plants. You will need the following items. Egg Tray Eggshell (as shown in the picture) Seeds Soil Trowel Gloves Water Sprayer Steps 1. Prepare the items on a clear space 2. Add soil that almost completely fill up the eggshell 3. Place 3 seeds of the same type on each eggshell 4. Further add soil to cover the seeds 5. Spray water on the soil
