RMG Ghana Limited seeks to employ dynamic agricultural professionals in the various portfolios across the regions in Ghana.
ZONAL MANAGERS:
The Zonal Managers shall be responsible for development of RMG Ghana's general fertilizer, agrochemical and seed business in their respective regions.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be an MSc/MPhil/MBA holder in Agriculture or Business Development with 3 years of work experience in a related field. Alternatively, the
candidate should have a BSc. Agriculture with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a related field.
AGRONOMISTS: RMG Ghana's Agronomists will be the source of agricultural information for all RMG products and other important agricultural practices. They will provide on-farm
technical support to our numerous farmers across the country.
Qualification: The ideal candidate should be an MSc/MPhil/MBA holder in Agriculture, Crop Science, Post-Harvest or Seed Science with 3 years of work experience in a related field.
Alternatively, the candidate should have a BSc. Agriculture with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a related field.
SEED SCIENTISTS:

RMG's Seed Scientists will lead the drive towards hybridization in Ghana. They will work to develop new seed varieties whiles supporting the commercial production of

Seed Science with a minimum of 10 years work experience in a related field.
