1. Machinery to be purchased for Rs. 40000 in August will be payable on delivery
2. Payment of purchase is equally made in two month from which purchase is made whereas collection of
sales is made equally in two months
3. Wages are paid ½ in same month while 1/2factory, administration and sales expenses are paid after one
month in which it arise
4. A sales commission is 2 1/2% on sales is paid after two months after sales
