towards there customer by saying customer centric. Amazon making it big as they growing day by day.
They selling almost everything we can buy virtually. They focus of every types of customer as well as
every types of products to make new customers. They far ahead of their competitors because they
prioritize customer wants other previously ignored.

To achieve the company’s vision, mission is the most important element. And In mission choosing
component are key to get success. A good mission should include below three components:
1. Customer:
Always, customer orientation needed to influence the customer behavior or attract towards
company products and services. Mission should include customers to get bigger.
2. Products or services:
Company should provide what products and services are going to produce or provide. It will
help both employee and customer to get knowledge about the company.
3. Philosophy:
Company should have its core values and beliefs to give an idea what best they are giving or
providing.

I have 1 crore BDT to invest in any one company from A, B, C. After analyzing the porters five fore
model I want to choose Industry C. Explanation given below:
Competitive rivalry Low in Industry C. Which mean there is least competitors in industry help grow
faster and get mass audience to sell or to provide services.
Threat of new entry is high in Industry C but if the industry c has strong ground then it’s not a big deal
to handle new entrants.
Bargaining power of consumer is relatively low give Industry C a power to set their revenue in their
desire level.
Bargaining power of suppliers is High indicate the dictatorship of suppliers but if Industry C can source
their own raw material then its risk free.
Threat of substitute is Low mean no products or services is widely available to replace. Which provide
a strong ground to get expected revenue as well as growth.
