What business benefits do cloud computing services provide? What
problems do they solve?
The cloud computing services presents the benefits of potential savings, data sharing and
eases of applications to businesses, looking for information immediately, automatically
backup, help and reduce maintenance costs, and improve performance. With Amazon, cloud
computing helps Amazon get a large amount of this resources, separately and allocate and
manage their resources, and improves the performance of the work. In this case, Zynga uses
cloud computing to back up data and transfer data. "Storage of information in the cloud gives
you almost unlimited storage ability". Amazon has made things easier than including service
in an automated way cloud training that helps customers get the right amount of this resource.
Users were required to provide the required amount of server space, bandwidth, storage and
all other services, and AWS would automatically allocate these resources.

What are the disadvantages of cloud computing?
There are many benefits of cloud computing without doubt. But we can't ignore the faults that
come with cloud computing. Here are some major disadvantages of it:

Without internet connection, a cloud computing user may experience time loss.

There is a huge security concern in cloud computing. Cloud computing is part of the
Internet experience that is a victim of online attackers.

Cloud computing needs a high level of technical support that may not always be
available.

How do the concepts of capacity planning, scalability, and TCO apply
to this case? Apply these concepts both to Amazon and to subscribers of
its services.
Every company is required to ensure that the allocation of sufficient physical services at the
time of overload ensures that capacity planning is necessary. Amazon still has a high level of
demand for its hardware resources from its current and expected users. They should always
ensure that proper software and strict resources are allocated to its AWS and its online retail
services to ensure smooth running of its operations.
CLASS ACTIVITY
Scalabilty/expandability is another problem that ensures the availability of a large number of
online users in amazon online retail stores. Amazon has managed resources to respond to a
possible increase in the number of customers.
Total Cost Ownership (TCO) is a financial aspect of Amazon that ensures that the quality of
online services is maintained while maintaining a healthy profit margins and does not realize
its burden by unexpected and unfishable/not required increases in the selling price to
customers.

What kinds of businesses are most likely to benefit from using cloud
computing? Why?
Many new and old companies can benefit from cloud computing. In case study, Zynga is an
important example of a company that leverages Amazon's cloud computing services to help
manage its growing customer base. Many of these companies offer online games and other
online application operations that can benefit from cloud computing by reducing pressure on
its internal storage and information process resources and also have more efficient and faster
cloud resources that are investment effective.
