1. What does trust means to you?
 Trust for me is building a relationship to a person, who’s willing to accept
anything that will come into my life without hesitation.
2. Explain your opinion about sales ethics.
 In my own opinion, sales ethics is a practices to have a good and
successful business because it helps to earn the trust and loyalty of your
customers and strengthens your reputation. Sales ethics is a moral
standard guideline for us to know what are the good and bad decision
making in our business.
ESSAY
1. If trust means different things to different buyers, how is a salesperson to
determine what trust means for each buyer?
 The salesperson determines what trust means for each buyer by observing
and addressing their queries. Honestly and fairness is being served,
meeting the buyer’s expectations towards a product or service and having
a positive attitude.
2. Identify possible knowledge bases that could help build trust and relationship.
 In building trust and relationship to a costumer we must improve our
security. First, make sure your customers feel safe when they shop with
you. Be socially active, go all-out for customer service, make your brand
more personal. In addition, we should communicate with them more, ask
good questions and be honest at all times also.
