Transferable Flag Codes Punishment Phase (H) • Actions resulting from a court-martial, non-judicial punishment, or punishment from a civil court in punishment phase. • Punishment should not include confinement, restraint, or geographical travel restrictions imposed by civilian court as a condition of parole, probation, or suspended sentence.
