To make Saudi Arabia a sustainable country, Prince Mohammad Bin Salman formulated a vision named vision 2030 that was consisting of a few remarkable goals. These goals were to be achieved and approached by 2030. The goals that were included in this vision are to make Saudi Arabia a clean, independent kingdom by focusing on the social and economic policies to strengthen the kingdom. The start towards this vision seems realistic as Saudi Arabia has made remarkable progress since 2017, and it is on the road to achieving those goals. When we look through the past, we come to know that nepotism has been discouraging and it has affected each nation. It is not much tolerant of nepotism as other countries like the United States are. Every act of the nepotists is always disappointing and discouraging for others. Nepotists all over Saudi Arabia distracts policymakers, entrepreneurs, and the public all the time. Institutional entrepreneurs are the major cause of the nepotism that is hindering many developing plans. When we make it brief, we call nepotists as attackers to a nation. All the causes, consequences, and bad impacts of nepotists have clearly been explained in Islamic books also. Favouritism or nepotism always has the same meaning, the way favouritism affects any institution is always similar to the act of nepotists. The same is in the case of goals of vision 2030 for Saudi Arabia. This is not so that the policymakers and the planners have made vision 2030 without calculation and insights. They have calculated and regulated each step and, in the end, they formulated this vision. So, it could never be destructive for Saudi Arabia and the nation because it only favours development and prosperity. WRITTEN COMMUNICATION 3 Nepotists allow only those plans and projects that are profitable for themselves. As the vision of 2030 is all about progress and strength that only aims to make Saudi Arabia a strong and independent kingdom. This fact is not acceptable for the nepotists that conflict over many points and do not allow developing projects. Vision 2030 aims to eradicate poverty, bring inspiration, and to make a strengthening nation. The public also wants to favour this vision. So, the influencing advocates and entrepreneurs should make an argument and should guide the other family members that if they want to play a constructive role in society and want to live a happy and satisfied life then they surely have to be beware of this curse of nepotism. Nepotism violates the teaching of Islam thus; it is against Islam hence should not be practiced and preferred in Islamic countries. Nepotism prefers selfishness over selflessness and only aims to give benefit to a specific group of individuals rather than everyone. Nepotists never want people to be happy and independent in their lives. All goals of vision 2030 are about development, but nepotists resist each change that is connected with success. They always misguide the common people, cause fuss and chaos around. Hence, for a country to be developed and prosperous, nepotists should be dragged back. When you intake a poison, you are affected from head to foot by its side effects, same goes for nepotism, when it prevails in a society, it is being absorbed in every individual leaving behind a dead, and paralysed society. The eradication of nepotism is much needed in Saudi Arabia to achieve the goals of vision 2030. Raise your voices against it, educate yourself against it, and improve the world and your country also. The same practice is much needed for the nation of Saudi Arabia.
