WORKFLOW FOR FIRST GREEN LEAF (FGL)
PRE-FGL
1) Fix the dates for First Green Leaf (FGL) – 5 sessions and submit to HQ for
approval.
2) Upon approval, send CPD Request Form & flyer to BUILD to be posted on UTC
Connect.
3) Prepare flyers to be sent out to agents via broadcast.
4) Monitor the attendance through SEMS system.
5) Prepare refreshments based on attendance.
6) Prepare Performance Report of agents (past 3 months).
7) Prepare Sales Tracking Report.

Weekly Highest EPF, Cash, SA & DDI
8) Divide the agents into groups.
9) Update the presentation slides.
DURING FGL
FIRST – FOURTH SESSIONS
1) Prepare attendance list from SEMS system.
2) Print out weekly presentation handouts.
3) Ensure refreshments are prepared before FGL event.
4) Run through the presentation slides.
5) Ensure music is playing before the event begins.
FIFTH SESSION (GRADUATION)
1) Announce TOP Awards:

Highest Group Average Sale
•
Highest EPF Sale
•
Highest Cash Sale
•
Highest EPF & Cash Sale
2) Ensure prizes/awards & certificates are ready to be presented.
3) Graduation session (ensure agents have attended 4 or more sessions to be
eligible to graduate).
4) Take group photo.
POST-FGL
1) Prepare claim submission for expenses (refreshments/certificates/awards).
2) Fill in & pass the necessary forms to Ms Tan for approval of branch petty cash.

WORKFLOW FOR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY PREVIEW (BOP)
PRE-BOP
1) Prepare budget for half yearly (Jan – June & (July – Dec) and send to HQ for
approval.
2) Look for available speaker and confirm with Branch Manager.
3) Once approved, liaise with the speaker on the topic, proposed time, date
and venue.
4) Liaise with speaker if they have presentation slides and if they’re using their
own laptop.
5) Plan with Ms Lew for the flyer design.
6) Forward the flyer to agents to invite prospects.
7) Ensure presentation slides are up-to-date.
8) Prepare refreshments based on attendance.
DURING BOP
1) Prepare attendance list.
2) Print out presentation, if needed.
3) Ensure refreshments are prepared before BOP event.
4) Run through the presentation slides with/without guest speaker.
5) Ensure music is playing before the event begins.
6) Biometric device to be set up for interested prospects.
7) Commitment Forms to be prepared for interested prospects to fill up.
POST-BOP
1) Prepare claim submission for refreshments and submit to Public Mutual HQ
(Level 8). Invoices must be billed to “Public Mutual Berhad”.
2) Forward the following documents to Ms. Amu (CDNS Sales Dept):

Copy of Attendance Sheet
•
Summary of Accounts for Branch Workshops & Forum
•
Cheque Requisition Form
•
Original & duplicated receipts
3) Bank in the cash received (commitment fee) for new prospects
(RM50/prospect) on the following day of event into:

4) Forward the bank in slip (original YELLOW copy) to Fatma (CDNS Agent
Service).
