Introduction
CHIP Training & Consulting – CTC (Private Limited) emerged as the dynamic training and

independent non-profit organization, namely CHIP. Having been CHIPs resource center,
providing trainings and knowledge management services in the field of project management,
organizational development and other developmental thematic areas, CTC started
functioning as an individual entity becoming a successful management consultancy in its own

international donors & NGOs as well as public and private sector organizations and civil
society representatives like UNDP, UNICEF, Muslim Aid UK, Red Cross (German and Canadian),

a few.

towards societal development.
