Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your Account at any time by disabling the auto-renewal of your payment via the account subscription page at
www.dsmtool.com/subscription at the bottom of the page. PayPal express checkout products and services and other one-time payments products and
services are not refundable and you cannot cancel them.
Upon termination of the Services by either party for any reason:
DSM Solutions LTD will cease providing you with the Services and you will no longer be able to access your Account;
Unless termination occurs within 72 hours of your registration, which in this case you shall be entitled to a refund of the rst months fee, you will not be
entitled to any refunds of any Fees, pro rata or otherwise, unless otherwise provided in the Terms of Service,;
Any outstanding balance owed to DSM Solutions LTD for your use of the Services through the eective date of such termination will immediately become
due and payable in full;
If at the date of termination of the Service, there are any outstanding Fees owing by you, you will receive one nal invoice via email. Once that invoice has
been paid in full, you will not be charged again.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the DSM Solutions LTD Service and/or your Account for any reason, without notice and at any time.
Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, DSM Solutions LTD may suspend or terminate your Account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement,
insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.
