MABALACAT CITY COLLEGE WAS ESTABLISHED IN THE YEAR 2008. THROUGH THE YEARS IT
SHAPED AND CONTINUE TO SHAPE ITS EDUCATION SYSTEM TO COPE WITH THE NEEDS OF THEIR
LEARNERS. NUMBERS OF INFLUENCERS IN THE PAST HAVE BEEN CREDITED FOR THE SCHOOLS
METHOD OF TEACHING AND THE EFFECTIVENESS IS SEEN THROUGH ASSESSMENTS.
THE SCHOOL APPLIES DIFFERENT FOUNDATION FOR THEIR EDUCATION. ONE OF THESE IS THE

BECAUSE OF THIS PHILOSOPHY, STUDENTS REFERENCES IN LIFE WILL NOT ONLY BE BASED ON BOOKS
AND INTERNET BUT ALSO FROM THEIR OWN EXPERIENCES.
2.3 CONCEPTUALIZE THE PHILOSOPHICAL FOUNDATION OF MCC THROUGH FIVE CORE VALUES, AND
THE FOUR HALLMARKS IN REALIZING THE MISSION AND VISION OF THE COLLEGE
THE ROLE OF SCHOOL’S EDUCATION IS TO FACILITATE ITS LEARNERS AND TEACHERS IN
BRINGING OUT THEIR RATIONAL THINKING ABILITIES THROUGH DIFFERENT WAYS OF LEARNING AND
TEACHING SUCH AS PRACTICAL REASONING, LOGICAL THINGKING AND EXPERIMENTING WITH A
