Mavi(which means blue in Turkish) is a Turkish brand of denim and jeans-wear
founded in 1991, based in Istanbul, Turkey. The company manufactures jeans for
both women and men, targeting a younger age group. With presence in 35 countries
including Turkey, USA, Canada, Germany, Russia and Australia Mavi sells its
products via 440 mono-brand stores and c. 5,500 points of sale.
Mavi is available today in world-renowned chain stores and online channels such
as Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Peek & Cloppenburg, Simons, Amazon, Zappos.com,
Zalando.com and David Jones, as well as its own retail network in the world's most
important fashion centers. In 2019, 66% of sales come from retail, 28.9% from
wholesale and 5.1% from e-commerce channel.
