Thank you for allowing Garage Door Medics to provide you with quotes and/or services today. If you have any
questions about your estimate or invoice, please do not hesitate to call our offices. Garage Door Medics takes great
pride in the services we offer. We warranty any service or repair provided by Garage Door Medics, be free from
defects in workmanship for a period of (1) year. If at any time within (1) year of service, your garage door exhibits the
same, recurring issue - we will repair (or if repair is not possible, replace) any defective part previously installed by us
within the past (1) year, at no charge.
If repairs are required that are NOT directly related to the warrantied service, the standard Service Call fee of $99
for residential and $158 for commercial plus any additional parts will be charged to the customer.
If any new issues are identified by a Garage Door Medics technician within (30) days of the initial repair or install;
the standard $99 service call fee for residential and $158 for commercial will be waived on any parts replaced by
Garage Door Medics within that time frame.
Additional warranty may be provided by garage door or opener manufacturers beyond what is covered by Garage
Door Medics. In the case where the manufacturer will provide replacement part(s), Garage Door Medics will provide
repair or installation at our standard rates.
Warranty appointments are provided Monday through Friday, within the time frames of 8am-12pm, 10am-2pm, or
12-4pm. Services required outside of these time frames will incur our standard $99 service call fee for residential and
$158 for commercial.
This warranty cannot be transferred and is voided if another person or company attempted repairs on the garage
door/door opener. This warranty is valid on new parts installed by Garage Door Medics only.
All warranty is void if any recommendation provided by Garage Door Medics is required for full repair and is
declined at time of service.

2. It has been explained to me that this estimate, while designed to be thorough, is limited to the parts
visible/reachable during this inspection. Additional parts and labor may be needed to complete repairs.
3. The Service Technican provided me with an estimate in the amount of $987.00 of which I have approved $987.00.
