How should you respond to your supervisors requests? If I am in this situation, the first thing that will come to my mind is myself. Should I adjust the data for the sake of the plant and my job? Or should aaI not adjust the data for the sake of the environment? Of course, if I would just think of myself, I would rather choose to adjust it. However, as a licensed s sssanitary engineer, who took an oath to serve the country, it is my duty to ddo what is right and just in my profession. I would choose not to adjust the data for everyone to learn that we should be true to our profession. Even though there wwwill be corresponding consequences on my actions, I would be proud to face them because I know I have done the right thing that I must do. 1.B. What should you do, from all things considered perspective as environmental engineer? All things considered- I am sure that I have made the right decision. As an e environmental engineer, my priority is to make sure that the environment is not being destroyed by the machineries that people used. That kind of problem must nnot be ignored. So, with my decision not to adjust the data, I may be able to create a solution that will address the problem. 2. How should Judy respond to Jacks remark? Should she say anything? I want Judy not to stoop down to Jacks level. I dont want Judy to confront Jack on his beliefs. Instead, she must smile and just talk about the things that has tto be discussed. But, after hearing what Jack said, she must prove Jack that she can do what men can do. She has to let everyone know that she is capable tto do amazing things. And, let Jack realize that he is completely wrong. Assuming Tom understands her perspective, what, if anything, should he say or do? I would like Tom to talk with Jack but privately. Explain things to Jack that everyone is equal. That he must not judge someone based on their gender. Or, the bbest thing Tom must do is to tell Jack to never judge a person.
