I am looking for a job that is both challenging and rewarding in order to apply the practical project management knowledge and skills acquired over years in the effective management of a project designed in the context of transforming small-scale farmers from subsistence to market-oriented farming. This is because such a job would pretty much fit my vision of seeing small-scale farmers in Africa practice Farming as a Business (FaaB), NOT as a last resort to livelihoods source. This is because the future of farming in Africa ten years to come shall not lie in agriculture, BUT agribusiness.
