COVID 19 Precautions and Procedures
In the wake of the COVID 19 pandemic, Center Grove Family Dentistry has made the following changes
to our daily practices and procedures:









Dentist:
Our staff will screen patients for risk of COVID exposure when confirming patients
Our staff will take the current temperature of each patient as they enter our office
Our staff will screen the patient for risk of COVID exposure a second time when they enter our
office
Patients will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering the office and tissues will be available
for patients if needed
Patients will be asked to use a peroxide rinse at the beginning of each appointment
Our staff will take our own temperature each morning and documenting the readings
Barriers will be placed on certain hard-to-sanitize surfaces of operatories to reduce the risk of
spread of infection
Lab jackets will be worn by our staff during all appointments and all work wear will be laundered
on site daily
Our staff will use N95 masks, face shields, and high vacuum suction when using a Cavitron
