INTRODUCTION
This work was carried out with the aim of raising awareness among the public
about covid 19 or coronavirus, a pandemic that made us reflect on so many things that we
have around us, the Emergency declared a public health emergency of international
importance. In Ecuador, the first case was identified on February 29, 2020, and its spread
becomes increasingly rapid. (CSSN, 2020)
In the different countries of South America they had to take drastic sanitary
measures to stop the spread of the virus. Restriction measures were taken in Ecuador, in
which Ecuador lived a state of exception due to the coronavirus. Since March 11, all
Ecuadorians have been called to remain in their homes, there is a restriction on the
movement of pedestrians and vehicles. There are no classes or face-to-face work, so
teleworking develops, you can make urgent purchases of food and medicine.
Around the world, shops, theaters, restaurants and bars are closing, every day,
people lose their jobs and income, with no way of knowing when it will return to normal,
small island nations, which depend on tourism, have hotels empty and abandoned.
beaches, this expansion of the coronavirus, its arrival and growth in Latin America must
contemplate from three different movements that interrelate and influence others: the
political, the sanitary and the economic-social. (Naciones unidas para el Desarrollo, 2020)
Its effects in Latin America imply an increase in economic uncertainty that runs in
parallel with an increase in political and social tensions as pressure increases on public
administrations in general and health systems in particular, the economic contagion is
being spreading as quickly as the disease itself. As the coronavirus continues its march
around the world, governments have resorted to the approval of public health measures,
such as social distancing to interrupt the spread of this pandemic, however, these actions
have cut off the flow of goods. and people, speeds have stagnated and are in the process
of generating a global recession, the economic costs of COVID-19 are high and predicting

the best way forward has become almost impossible, since the multiple dimensions are
unknown of the crisis. (Malamud, 2020)
JUSTIFICACION
The decision to choose this project was because it is a problem that not only
involves the equator but also the whole world, together with a series of relevant and at
the same time catastrophic changes due to the health crisis of the coronavirus or covid 19,
since it is affecting the health, economy and politics.
The covid 19 can affect in all ways but the most relevant is the economic crisis
that the country is experiencing, since many citizens have lost their jobs due to the
emergency situation of the covid 19 to counteract the disease, and to the ruler of each
country They decided to isolate people by cooling the entire world economy, since if they
do not work, they do not enter income, that is why so many companies went bankrupt and
many citizens were unemployed and for the same reason their families were left with a
great economic crisis.
This virus that we are going through has given us many reasons to speak, so it is a
very important issue that we could make known through our words and also by this means
being able to convey a message to the citizens that they are having catastrophic moments
since many families have family members. that they were fatally infected and have poor
care since their relatives who lost their lives or are being treated and their relatives have
no information or reason about their process. This is one of all the problems that is
happening day by day with the health system and not only with that, but also with the
economy that is in a crisis.

GENERAL PURPOSE
Investigate the Covid 19 health emergency in Ecuador, focusing on the political and
educational, by selecting the necessary information.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Explain the problems that exist in the health crisis due to the covid 19.

Explain the virus outbreak and the causes that caused it.

Recognize the norms of prevention in this moment of health crisis.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
Coronaviruses are a wide family of viruses, some have the ability to spread from
animals to people. Several of these coronaviruses cause diseases that produce clinical
symptoms ranging from the common cold to more serious illnesses, such as the
coronavirus that causes respiratory syndrome. Most of these viruses can be transmitted
from an animal to a person. (Organizacion Mundial de la Salud, 2020)
The SARS-VOC virus emerged in Asia in February 2003 in Guangdong, China,
where transmission of the virus is known to have occurred due to a civet believed to have
been caused by a bat before it was captured for sale to a human. Almost at the same time,
this gave the outbreak the name Covid-19, and therefore the outbreak took place in a
market in China where the sale of animals that were in a state was brought to life. (CDC,
2020)
In late 2019, in December, Wuhan, China became the epicenter of an outbreak of
pneumonia of unknown etiology. In a few days infections increased, not only in mainland
China but also in different countries. The causative agent, a new coronavirus (2019nCoV), was later identified, then classified as SARS-CoV2, which causes COVID-19
disease. On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declares a disease as a
pandemic. The purpose of this review is to expose the causes and origin of this pandemic,
as well as the possible measures to contain it.
The Covid-19 epidemic has spread to more than 100 countries and the main focus
of infection is now focused on Europe, especially Italy and Spain (which already exceeds
the number of deaths in China), and the United States.
One of the biggest concerns is that the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is spreading at
high speed. So since I have not yet discovered a vaccine to prevent the spread, the most
important thing we can do to prevent the virus from spreading is to take steps to stop its
spread.

One of the most effective measures is social distancing: fewer contacts between
people. To achieve this, schools, institutes and universities, as well as public buildings
and museums, have been closed in the worst affected countries. Big events have been
banned, concerts and sports competitions have been suspended, and countries with fewer
infections have canceled flights to more controlled areas. For example, many European
countries have closed their borders, while several American countries have suspended the
arrival of flights from Europe. (The vanguard, s.f.)
When a person becomes infected with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, it can take
several days to show the first symptoms, and during this time, it can infect anyone close
to that person, so authorities recommend that people stay . home. and avoid meeting in
groups to reduce the risk of infection.
This does not mean staying home for two weeks, but simply going out for a real
need, buying food or medicine, caring for dependents, or going to work (if you can't do it
from home). Contagios will also allow health systems to have more resources to care for
infected people and other patients who need it. It is a matter of citizens, who learn to
create awareness about the moment we are going through, and if we do not take the
necessary measures, a catastrophic change can be seen for this planet, so what we need
most is responsibility. (La vanguardia, s.f.)
News about the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and the Covid-19 epidemic have been
running for weeks on the Internet, social media, and the media. The amount of
information can be overwhelming and confusing, because there are people who try to
make people fear through fake news, so it is important to inform yourself through official
sources (governments and local authorities) or contrasted media. Fake news and
disinformation abound in these situations. Therefore, to avoid social alarm and to act
correctly in the face of the epidemic, it is best to discover through sources that you are
really trustworthy. (La vanguardia, s.f.)

CONCLUSIONS

The conclusion that can be drawn from the information and research that we
carried out, we found that this pandemic by COVID 19 left us with many
problems, both economically, health and politically.

After studying this project, you have the necessary information to know where
COVID 19's point of view came from.

As stated in the introduction, the purpose of this project is to provide a solution to
all the problems that are being seen, but much more to give a more in-depth
investigation of how COVID 19 originated.
RECOMMENDATIONS

Once this project is completed, the reader and the educational community are
invited to investigate further on this topic, which at the same time can be
satisfactory knowing the origin and, on the other hand, to provide more solutions
to the problems.

One more recommendation is that they can be informed in a more secure way,
based on real information, and by means that they really trust.

One of the most important recommendations is that they give more follow-up to
this topic, since through each person they can find solutions for the problems that
are being seen, and be able to express them through technological means that are
used today to reach more citizens, be it a solution or a message in a positive way.
