Dearest family and friends,
As a lot of you know, Joe and I are ENGAGED! Joe surprised me and proposed during our
Nochebuena (Christmas Eve) celebration. It was so romantic and beautiful and we were blessed to have many
of our close friends and family there to witness this intimate moment.
We have spent the last few months trying to find the perfect fit for our wedding. Since so many of our
friends and family members live out of state, we want to make an event of it! We would rather spend 4 days
with you all than just 4 hours! So here’s the plan:
Get your passports ready! We want to invite you to come sail away with us. We have booked a cruise
to the Bahamas June 7th - 11th 2021, leaving from Cape Canaveral, Florida. (Details will be coming hard copy
shortly.) We are in hopes that all of our family and friends will join us for our portside wedding followed by a
family-reunion styled 4-day-reception! It is our hope that you will be able to come and also enjoy a family
vacation.
We are in contact with a travel agent that has blocked off some rooms for the trip. (Information
attached.) We know it is quite a while away but we are in hopes this will allow a down payment (to hold your
spot) and then make payments as you wish.
We are so excited! We will be wedding on the Morning of June 7th, aboard the ship, before the general
public boards. We hope you will consider joining and spending time with us as we set sail into our future as
Mr. and Mrs. Hinds!

This per person rate is guaranteed for guests one and two in a room. A 3rd or 4th guest
in any room is available but will be priced only when the full deposit is made.

Your full deposit of $150.00 per person will be due by June 17th 2020. Once this is
