you up and running, which we will walk through with you here and now:
 Setting up your E-mail & Signature
 Access to the Relief Funding Agent Portal
 Access to the HubSpot CRM
 Materials to start submitting loan requests
 Materials to share this opportunity with others who may be in need of a safe, work from
home opportunity.
You’ll find general instructions below to help you get started. If you will have questions along the
way, please be sure to attend the Relief Funding Agent training calls held every day, Monday – Friday
at 4:00 PM EST. This will be the place to get a live Q&A, and walk through the process with our
Operations Staff.

Recommended E-mail & Signature
We at Local Relief Agents “LRA” have no requirements for how you communicate with businesses or
your clients. However, it you’re open to it, we do highly recommend forming a new G-mail account
specifically utilized for your RFA communication and business, and in the following format:
(First).(Last)[email protected] (Example, [email protected])
A few reasons why we recommend this:
 It keeps your communication regarding Local Relief Agents “LRA” and the RFA opportunity
within a single dedicated location, without mixing any of your personal e-mails
 It allows the business owners you’ll be speaking with identify you has a Relief Funding Agent
with Local Relief Agents “LRA”.
 In early-mid 2019, laws changed around e-mail marketing, particularly those utilizing Google.
Gmail tends to have a higher probability of avoiding the Promotions or SPAM folders than
some other extensions
 It provides uniformity across all RFA agents to utilize the recommended Gmail format

A Signature for your Newly Dedicated G-mail Account
For those who see the value in creating a new G-mail account, we also recommending creating a
Signature. Below is the proposed Signature Template that we recommend you utilize as a Relief
Funding Agent “RFA”. (We have utilized John Smith as a placeholder for your information)

How to Insert Signature within your G-mail account
Once you create your new G-mail account, to add your signature simply click on
the symbol in the top right-hand corner. A drop down will appear, and you’ll
select “Settings” as seen to the right.
Once settings have been opened, scroll down to the
“Signature” section (as seen to the right) and input the
signature. *You may have to upload the Local Relief
Agents “LRA” logo if it does not copy from the
template above. After setting up the template as you
like it, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page
and select “Save Changes”

A welcome E-mail will be sent from [email protected] to the e-mail address that
you registered upon signup. This e-mail will include instructions for logging into the Agent Portal on
the www.localreliefagents.com website (as seen below).
A second e-mail will be sent including an invite to
our Relief Fund Agent Training Calls, which are
held daily at 4:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday. This is
the place to be to answer all your questions and to
familiarize yourself with the loan submission
process within the Agent Portal.

Once you’re all set with the Agent Portal and the CRM, you’re ready to start submitting loans! To do
so, you have 2 two manners in which you can submit an SBA Relief Loan Application:
 Complete the online application within the Agent Portal (image below)
 Complete the PDF Application (downloadable in the Agent Portal) and submit to
[email protected]
Once the application has been submitted, it’s very important
to notate the application with the CRM. An 11 Capital
Finance (The processing and packaging company to LRA)
Loan Specialist will review and process the loan file from
them on and work with the Applicant on obtaining all the
documents required to close their loan.
