1. Site Survey and client representation for EESCO and Sharaf material deliveries
2. Collection of consents and documents from clients
3. Installation and inspection
4. Invertor Configuration
5. Material Allocation for Sub-Contractors
Key Challenges (Faced & How mitigated)
1. Proper Logistics data was not provided for Sharaf deliveries either in the form of
several wrong makanis or proper data not being formulated at the back office that led
to numerous delays. Going back and forth to each site solved few of such concerns.
2. Wrong segregation of the Sharaf material and the change in initial design led to
material shortage and misuse. Extra Sharaf material was brought down physically rather
then using a crane again.
3. Collecting of consents and documents from many clients that claim they have
already submitted to other contractors at the earliest stages of this project led to delays
and client dissatisfaction. However, those consents were not appearing on neither
Etihad’s or Sharaf’s records. Situation was rectified either by requesting several times to
submit again and cross-checking the clients with the lighting records to obtain the
documents from there.

Area of Interest & Explain Why:
Project Management
It includes growth. Face to face value with clients. The part which interests me
the most is how the plan will be executed. Working in 5KVSRP project for 3 months have
given me the opportunity to think on how I would execute the plan if it were all laid out
to me properly given the exception of this project.
Engineering
Since it is related to my field, I would love to be a part of the engineering team in
Sharaf or any other company. The designing, estimation and critical thinking of this field
interests me the most. If opportunity presents, I would love to be a part of any
engineering team in the future
