How to Bump (Forearm Pass):
Preparation:
-Seat is down, arms are low, knees are bent and feet are wide apart.
-weight is on the balls of the feet.
-Place one hand, palm up, on the palm of the other Thumbs are now parallel to each other on
top of the fingers.
-Thumbs are turned downward to the floor, elbows are locked, and arms are even.
-Eyes on the ball.
-Push your hips back and shoulders forward. Stay balance
Execution/Follow Through:
+knee bend then straightforward to generate power
+Aim the ball
+Extend the elbows and arms and extend from the knees and hips (do not swing arms).
+Straighten body by pushing forward and upward, letting the legs do the works.
+Hit The ball with both arms
Follow through
+ Keep your eyes on your ball after you bump
+ Balance your move, Arm stay joint, elbow remain block
+ Contact the ball on the forearms between the wrists and the elbows at a level between
the knees and the waist.
+ Weight is transfer forward
