Problem Description*
Power strip got unplugged while the pc was
running, pretty sure psu fried the motherboard

RMA Policy
1. Manufacturer Warranty is based on the original date of purchase on the invoice or receipt provide by authorized distributor or reseller. Warranty won't be reset after RMA replacement.
2. RMA number is good for 30 days from the date issued.
3. Replacement is only shipped to residential and business address. No P.O Box, APO and FPO addresses.
4. No Cross-Ship for RMA. No Credit or Refund to end users.
5. Any Physical Damage on RMA product upon receiving is considered as “Out of warranty” .
6. Out of warranty, open box or refurbished products are not covered by manufacturer warranty. If you still prefer to RMA out of warranty, open box or refurbished product, ASRock will charge $50
Labor & Service fee and provide three months warranty for the replacement.
7. ASRock reserves the right to charge service fee for out of warranty product, open box, refurbished products, bent pins motherboard and without valid invoice product that are needed
RMA service.
8.ONLY SHIP THE ITEM THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED without any accessories or other components (excludes our technicians' request). ASRock America, Inc is not liable for any received
contents other than RMA item.
9. RMA # MUST BE MARKED OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
10. Any return product without RMA # or valid RMA # outside the package will be refused and return with customer’s own expense.
11. RMA Department processes replacement approximately 5-7 business days (exclude holidays and weekend) after receiving your package.
12. ASRock will use FedEx Ground/ Smart Post as our standard shipping method to ship the replacement back.
13. Any expedite shipping request, please provide your UPS, FedEx or USPS account # or label.
