ACCPRODUCTION USER MANUAL
1. A Dashboard is an information management tool that visually tracks, analyzes and
displays key performance indicators (KPI), metrics and key data points to monitor the
health of a business, department or specific process.
2. A data dashboard is the most efficient way to track multiple data sources because it
provides a central location for businesses to monitor and analyze performance.
3. Month,Week,Day wise purchase,sales and available stock chart report also shown in the
screen.
1. The details of Customers,Employees,Suppliers to be listed in the Contact form.
2. Then Click Add New button to add the details of new Customers Employees or suppliers.
3. To click Type and choose the Particular Category and enter the details.
1. To maintain the attendance of Employee and contractor will be handled Under HR.
2. To click the HR to edit,view and maintain the attendance of employee and contractor.

BOM : How much of material which is consumed for manufacturing particular product
can be calculated by using BOM

WORK ORDER: How much amount of product may produced can be calculated under
Work order.
 ITEM CREATION : To view and add the rate of product and materials and also to view
the remaining stocks available details may also shown in item creation screen.

STOCK ADJUSTMENT: Sometimes the item stocks are missing or it is used for some
other purpose there is missing in stock quantity count to overtake this issue we
manually add how much of quantity is missing.it will automatically adjust the stock
count.

SCRAP : Sometimes the items are being broken or material wastage may happends
there is change in quantity amount.In Scrap we manually add how much amount of
items are broken or wastage and enter the reason for being scrap that much amount of
items may reduced from stock.

MATERIAL CONSUMPTION : Manually enter the amount of materials or items may
used which can be handled under Material consumption.
To enter the item name and enter how much quantity of item may consumed.which is
automatically added to stock.
 STOCK TRANSFER : Some companies may have many branches.To transfer the stock
from one branch to another branch is handled by using stock transfer.
INVOICE : To sell new items or product to the customer and the item sales details are
mentioned in the invoice screen
Some times there is no quantity of product in stock to sale there is popup notification as
‘quantity exceed’ which is appeared at the right side screen
 ESTIMATE : To estimate the amount of sales order to particular customer should be
handled by estimate.
 CREDIT NOTES : In sales there is extra profit in particular products and the pending
amount for particular item which is given by customers are handled by using credit
notes.

DEBIT NOTES : The loss of amount for particular product and the pending amount for
particular product which is not given by customer should be handled in the debit notes.
 ORDER : Propose for sales order for the particular item to sale.To enter the given
item name,customer name and the cost for particular product and which is handled in
the order.
 INVOICE : The items or material purchasing from particular suppliers and total cost
details are entered in the invoice.
 CREDIT NOTES : When purchase the items or materials there is discount for particular
items or bulk order purchase there is some discount on total amount these details are
to be saved in credit notes on purchase option.
 DEBIT NOTES : The remining amount which is paid for purchasing items should be
entered in Debit notes.To enter the item name and amount for particular item to pay
which is handled in Debit notes in Purchase option.
 ORDER : To order the item to purchase from particular supplier and the total amount
for the product to purchase should be enter in the order.
 PAYMENT/RECIPT/JV : The payment for purchasing items,Employee
payment,Contract payment details should be automatically entered in the Payment
option. The payment thorugh JV/Recipt/Payment also entered manually while click Add
newto enter the details manually.
 EMPLOYEE PAYMENT : The payment for the employee,overtime details,Advance
amount,Paid method are generated in employee payment.
 ITEM STOCK : The items stock report for particular category of items should be
viewed in Item stock.
 SALES REGISTER : Sales report for the product we sale which is viewed in Sales
register. The date wise yearly wise sales report also generated in the sales register.
 PURCHASE REGISTER : The Total quantity and amount of items are being purchase
should be generated in the Purchase register.
 CATEGORY WISE PROFIT : Profit rate for particular items in the category list is
generated in category wise profit.
 FAST MOVING ITEM : To view the Fast moving product which is automatically
generated and listed in the Fast moving item screen.
 SLOW MOVING ITEM : To view the Slow moving product which is automatically
generated and listed in the Slow moving item screen.
 SCRAP REPORT : The broken or missing product or materials which is entered in the
Scrap that report is automatically generated in the Scrap report.
 STOCK ADJUSTMENT : The Stock adjustment report for the products and materials
are generated in the Stock adjustment.
 STOCK TRANSFER : The item stock should be transfer from one branch to another
branch is entered in the Item stock that data report is to be generated in Stock transfer
in Report screen.
 EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE REPORT : Employee attendance should be entered in HR
Screen that report should be generated in the Employee attendance report.
 ACCOUNT LEDGER : All transaction credit debit account report is generated in
account ledger.
 DAYBOOK : Day to day income and expenses by Employees are generated in Daybook.
 ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE :
Accounts Receivable (AR) is the proceeds or payment which the
company will receive from its customers who have purchased its goods & services on credit.
Usually the credit period is short ranging from few days to months or in some cases maybe a
year.
 ACCOUNT PAYABLE : When a company purchases goods on credit which needs to
be paid back in a short period of time, it is known as Accounts Payable. It is treated as a
liability and comes under the head 'current liabilities'.
 BILLS RECEIVABLE : The unpaid promissory notes or acceptances held by an
individual or firm.
 BILLS PAYABLE: The outstanding unpaid notes or acceptances made and issued by an
individual or firm.
 PAYMENT REPORT : The report for payment which is giving to emplyees which is
generated and shown in the payment report.
 GSTR 1 : GSTR-1 is a monthly or quarterly return that should be filed by every
registered dealer. It contains details of all outward supplies that data should generated
in GSTR 1 Screen. To click the report it will generate the Excel sheet to show the data.

PURCHASE INPUT CREDIT : Input credit means at the time of paying tax on output,
you can reduce the tax you have already paid on inputs and pay the balance amount.
 COMPANY CREATION : To create company details and update the information in
the Company create.
 BRANCH CREATION : Some companies may have Many branches in different
locations that contact information may saved in the Branch creation.
 USER CREATION : Create new user to access the software to use that user have
particular user id and password to access
 USER PRIVILAGES : To create new user there is some privilages to be given to new
user to use the account that particular privilages not accesed by new user.
To change the password of particular account can be
done in Change password screen.
