Darkest Shades of Evil: A Call for Light

In my mind is a memory reel
women and children imprisoned by a dark 'deal'
deep sadness and burning anger is what I feel.
Will you take a moment to hear
The reality of what is hidden, yet near
So much more than what might appear.
Every morning the sun does rise
but darkness lingers with shut eyes
into pillows, heads sink further into lies.
Behind those dingy, dark walls
the world is deaf to her calls
for help, for protection, for any care at all.
Trapped in a box until her spirit breaks
In fear she trembles and shakes
Will someone rescue her before she again awakes?
Pills numb the body, sin numbs the soul
every room in every building (brothel) is full.
On a damp, grungy sheet her body lay
trauma soaks in before torment replays
A young girl looses her way in the decay.
Into deeper darkness she fell
after a man she trusted decided to sell
burning her youth in a living hell.
His temporary monetary gain
will cost him eternal pain
upon his soul, fire will rain.
Never could it be imagined by you or me...
Over 25 million women and children aren't free.
Sold into slavery by one man's greed.
Bought by another man's lust
Who could any of these girls ever trust?
Hope fades and begins to rust.
Against evil my mouth becomes hot fire
Seeing people used by the Liar
When will this darkness expire?
People bathe in denial (of Jesus)
To my heart, this is all beyond vile
how much longer 'til these men are on Trial?
Great judgement lurks at their door
while kids sleep on the floor
beneath the sin of puny men wanting more.
Why would a man stoop so low?
Maybe he didn't know.
Carnal thoughts, if not cast down, grow.
Any of these doors opened by man:
porn, playboy, fantasy, abuse; like quicksand
Leading him to the darkest land.
Let all men be without excuse
If lusts of the flesh aren't refused
minds become dark and confused
This is no joke
freedom of choice can be revoked
Handed over to Satan, lives/destinies get choked.
Men were created to protect
Defend purity, lead, and connect
Which women naturally respect.
Will the next generation walk in light?
Being trained to see Truth and do what is right?
Dispelling darkness without a fight?
God, I understand You wiping away every
creature and man (Noah's day)!
Perhaps for this time, there's a different plan
To raise this generation to stand
Stand in awe of You, Lord.
With ease, picking up their Sword
Do they know...for in overcoming,
You give a reward!
Perhaps you will take a look
Into the heart of God, written in His Book
and the heart of man, the enemy longs to hook.
May you educate the future of humanity
to not be focused on lust, idols, and vanity
but to value (God's design for) LIFE,
MARRIAGE and FAMILY.
Thank you, Jesus
What Your blood means to us
For even this dark shade of evil present
You turn white when one repents of it.
May all yet unsaved, lost in the dark, and caught
in a worldly grave...
get a glimpse of Your Holy Love, Him Who saves.
May the "fear of the Lord" fall afresh
for Your Goodness leads us to confess
Sins are blotted out and remembered no more
True, real intimacy discovered like none before.
