Production Manager
Responsible for the day to day running of the machine shop.
Responsible for final inspection of work
Carries out CNC machine setting.
Deputises for Quality Manager in his absence.
Quality Manager
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality system in accordance
with the requirements of ISO9001 and AS 9100.
Responsible for final inspection of work.
Carries out audits and reviews of the quality system.
Carries out CNC machine setting.
Deals with customer complaints and customer related quality issues.
Operatives
Responsible for carrying out machining work in accordance with the drawings and job
documentation.
