PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The student must submit his completed study plan to the graduate studies agent of his department.
All candidates admitted to a graduate program must have their study plan approved by the Registrar’s Office prior to initial
registration or no later than the last day of the course change period in their first semester.

SUPPLEMENTAL DOCTORAL TRAINING WORKSHOPS
(MANDATORY)
These four non-program workshop credits must be completed no later than the fourth semester after the first registration of the
doctoral student so that he is allowed to continue his studies at Polytechnique.

Note: These four workshop credits are not counted toward the 90 doctoral credits.
