DA Scorecard Terminology Delivered : The total number of packages delivered by a DA. (This is your total number of packages delivered for the week.) DNR DPMO : This is the total number of packages delivered that a customer reported not received. The number is based on a formula (number of packages not received divided by the number of deliveries made by the DA (per million opportunities) (This number affects your overall score if you receive a Poor in this category your max overall score is basic. Also the only way to receive platinum overall is by being platinum in this category) Delivery Success : Packages dispatched to DA that were delivered to customer vs returned to station at end of shift. (This percentage affects your overall score as well since it counts towards (This number can affect your route completion number if too many are returned and not actually delivered) SWC (Standard Work Compliance) Overall : Average compliance score of all standard work scores Photo on deliver/Contact Compliance/Scan compliance/Anomalies. (The higher your percentage In this category the better your overall score will be) SWC POD (Photos on delivery Compliance) : Number of usable photos that can be presented to a customer divided by the number of total of opportunities presented for photo. (This higher the defects you have the lower your score will be leading to a lower trier overall in the scorecard) SWC CC (Customer contact compliance): Packages not delivered due to a UTL,UTA,NSL. How many of those packages had a call/text to customer using company issued rabbit. This will be blank if not presented with ore than 5 opportunities to call. (This category will determine if you followed policies and procedures in regards to reaching out to customers when you have a package that will be undeliverable. Will also affect your overall score) SWC SC (Scan compliance) : The percentage of packages marked from the rabbit vs marked at station (This will affect you more by having station personnel require you to call TOC for all packages being brought back to station that a call was not made to while on route) SWC AD (Attended Delivery Anomaly) : Count of routes in which a DA used attended delivery codes (e.g household member) at a flagrant high rate (This category will not only draw attention from amazon but your station management will have a coaching session if you receive any number higher than 0) POD Quality Report There is a total of 5 possible defects that would keep a customer from receiving photo on delivery. Blurry: Any picture taken were a DA has not taken the time to focus rabbit camera No Package: No package shown in photo on delivery Package too close: DA has taken picture of label only or did not take 3-4 steps back to take photo on delivery Person in photo: Anytime a person, a person’s shadow, a vehicle tag are in picture Taken from car: Anytime a picture is taken from the DA’s delivery vehicle Too Dark: Anytime a picture is too dark and package nor picture are visible
