1. Choose dynamic documentation and then free text note
2. Click on Auto text icon
2. Click on ‘New phrase ‘icon
4 fill in the abbreviation and description. It is preferable to start the abbreviation with a symbol
(eg- *LSCS or $ IOL). This abbreviation should be typed in when inserting auto text in a
document.)
5. Click the Add Text icon ( +A)
6. Copy the attached template and paste it as HTML
7. Click convert HTML to RFT
8. Press Ok
9. click save
10. To insert the required Auto text in a free text note, type in the appropriate abbreviation.
