Participants Profiles2: BBA students with minimum 90 credits earned (generally in 6th, 7th or 8th semester) MBA students in their last and 2nd last semester Suggested Core Module: Tentative Schedule: Emotional Intelligence Orientation & Launch Ceremony: Survival Camp (Pre-assessment): Core Module: Elective Modules: Closing Ceremony: Monday, 14th October Tuesday, 15th October One class (out of 4) per week day, starting Wednesday 16th Oct One class/day after completion of core module (parallel sessions) December (after completion of 32 classes on week days) Pros and Cons: 1 2 For positive, this plan may have gradual, incremental impact for skills building through short duration parallel activities instead of short bursts of loaded activities to cover the content The down side is that, since students opt for electives independently (generally 6th semester onwards in BBA), we will have to manage class timings adjustments in several cases (including few scenarios where some students may have to compromise regular classes). However, the probability of participation by the students, voluntarily, seems higher. A bigger pool of participants is realistically expected.
