collaboration and instant availability of information help employees become productive and valuable. It is vital for us at HMEL to take advantage of
HMEL live portal and have KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE Portal (KNEX) - to achieve those goals.
The knowledge that comes from employees is most invaluable, indispensable and based on the Job requirements. KNEX promotes the culture of
continuous learning as everyone is being given a chance to share his ideas and thoughts

You have something to Share w.r.t. to Functional, leadership or Behavioural Skills requirement.
Preparation of the knowledge document (PPT / PDF/ WORD/ EXCEL)
Sharing of Knowledge Document with learning.development@hmel.in
Acknowledgment, correction needed or Confirmation mail from L&D Team and L&D shall get it reviewed by Seniors and Experts
Inform your colleagues / teammates to get visibility.
L&D Team sends notification to all employees Bi-Monthly
Appreciation / Recognition to employees for their contribution to the Knowledge Exchange Portal (KEP)*

Subject to the Approvals **Every Month the top 3 knowledge-sharing ideas shall be rewarded in monthly town hall. The criteria defines the
number of employees gained knowledge through the idea (Number of employees opened and saved the document) and Quarterly, the
department which shared the most of the knowledge shall be appreciated.
