My philosophy for a happy life We all wish to live a happy life. How can we explain the feeling that comes over us, we are relaxed and filled with smiles, we see life positively and are filled with energy. But few can tell how to get happiness in this world. Happiness is subjective, thus has no constant definition, everyone has their own rightful idea of what it means to be happy. Sam Berns talks about his philosophy for a happy life. His life story is so touching. He is 17 years old and a freshman in high school. But he has got a disease which is called progeria. Progeria affects only about 350 kids today worldwide. Affects of progeria include tight skin, lack of weight, gain stunted growth and heart disease. And he wants to play snare drum in the Foxborough high school marching band. Each snare drum and harness weighed about 40 pounds but he has a disease called progeria and he weigh about only 50 pounds
